FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £199*
*Some bulky items (e.g. gun safes) may have a delivery surcharge applied per product and cannot be delivered outside of the UK - please see your Basket for actual delivery amounts.
For simplicity, TGS Outdoors Ltd's delivery charges are based on a flat rate, so you'll pay the same low price for delivery no matter how much your order contains or weighs.
Please note delivery cost will be added to your order once your delivery country has been entered. Standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales (excluding channel islands) is £7.99. Heavy goods like safes can result in a delivery charge up to £50 depending on your location. Delivery to Southern Ireland is £14.99. For countries further afield delivery costs will be displayed once your country has been chosen at the address stage of the checkout process.
TGS Outdoors Ltd can only deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will always endeavour to dispatch your items within 48 hours however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you which can be seen in your order confirmation email. We aim to get your goods to you within 2-3 working days but some products have specific delivery requirement which may extend delivery timescales. Please see individual product pages for more information.
If for some reason parcels are required to be redirected then a new additional charge of £7.99 will be incurred (where applicable). Also if goods are refused or not called for, a charge of £7.99 will also be incurred. This list is not a full and exhaustive list and other reasons may apply.
Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments as availability of products can vary. For example certain products have specific delivery requirements which are explained below.
FREE UK DELIVERY
Free delivery only applies to the UK Mainland. For example Northern Ireland and the channel Islands are exempt from this offer. Certain safes also exclude the northern territories of Scotland. Please see products for more information.
IN STORE ITEMS
These are items that we stock in in our Shop, and orders for these items will take 2-3 days to arrive. If you would like to purchase the item in person then please call ahead to make sure the store you're travelling to has it in stock.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
These are products which aren't always kept in stock or are tailor made. Special Order Items can have extended delivery timescales so for more information please see the individual product pages for specific delivery estimates.
COLLECTION ONLY ITEMS
These items normally require Identification (Passport) or a firearms / Shotgun certificate before they are handed over. Shotguns, Rifles, Airguns and Moderators are usually good examples. When purchasing a 'collection only' item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. In most instances you can choose to collect your item from the Shop or, if it's a firearm, from a 3rd party gun dealer. The latter may be at an additional cost to yourself.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
These are usually items that are going to be out of stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for current back in stock dates. In rare occasions these dates can be changed by the manufacturers so we recommend staying in contact with our Exeter branch once a month depending on the product lead time.
PLEASE CALL THE RELEVANT STORE OR THE 3RD PARTY GUN DEALER TO MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM HAS ARRIVED BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. TGS Outdoors Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages maybe opened and re-sealed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must return them to us in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please click here to download a RETURNS FORM. Please ensure the form is fully completed and enclosed with your returned items.
Please be aware that items can only be returned for an exchange / refund if they are unused and in their original packaging and have all of the barcode tags intact, so don't remove them if you're thinking of sending them back! Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact and clothing, shoes and accessories must have labels or tags attached (please do not put tape or labels on the goods packaging). If either the goods or the packaging are not in a re-saleable state, then we may decline your exchange / refund request. If you provided your email address at time of ordering, you will be sent an email to notify you of receipt of your returned goods.
Exchanges
Exchanges are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods (all exchanges subject to stock availability). We will gladly post out your exchanged item for free (you will have to pay the difference if the goods you require are more expensive than your original order and we will refund you any difference if the goods you require are any cheaper than your original order), but we do ask that you return the unwanted item to us at your own expense. Any items are your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves. Once we have completed your exchange, we will notify you via email (where applicable). We will always send replacement goods to your original shipping address, unless notified otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with the requested information. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns) and any item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.
Faulty Goods
If goods appear to be faulty or damaged after receiving them, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement free of charge.
Warranty is up to a period of a year. If the goods become faulty through defective material, or poor workmanship, but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned for our inspection immediately. If necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing, which could take up to 28 days. In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned, you must ensure that the goods are suitably packaged and that they are accompanied by our returns form along with a copy of proof of purchase. If faulty footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned of excess mud first - for Health & Safety reasons we are unable to process dirty products. The cost of returning goods to be repaired or replaced under warranty is not covered by the warranty and must be met by yourself. We will of course send out any repaired / replaced goods free of any carriage charge.
Replacement goods carry a warranty period from the date of the original purchase. No warranty extension will be applied to replacement goods.
We cannot process any returns without an original order number. Failure to provide the requested information may cause delays in dealing with your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
